Refund Policy – Taxi United Association

1. General Policy

Membership fees to the Finnish Taxi Association are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except in specific, limited circumstances outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered if:

  • A member accidentally paid twice

  • A member paid but was not eligible for membership (e.g., not a licensed taxi driver)

  • A billing error occurred on our side (e.g., overcharging)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The member resigns or cancels their membership mid-year

  • The member is deregistered due to misconduct or violation of association rules

  • The member did not use services or participate in activities during the membership period

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Include your name, membership ID (if any), payment proof, and reason for the request

  • Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of approval

5. Payment Errors
