Refund Policy – Taxi United Association
1. General Policy
Membership fees to the Finnish Taxi Association are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except in specific, limited circumstances outlined below.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be considered if:
A member accidentally paid twice
A member paid but was not eligible for membership (e.g., not a licensed taxi driver)
A billing error occurred on our side (e.g., overcharging)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:
The member resigns or cancels their membership mid-year
The member is deregistered due to misconduct or violation of association rules
The member did not use services or participate in activities during the membership period
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
Contact us via email at [your email] within 30 days of the payment date
Include your name, membership ID (if any), payment proof, and reason for the request
Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of approval
5. Payment Errors
